Since the new year, I've been offering monthly remote group sound and PEMF sessions.

On January 1, we kicked off the year with an Emotions Detox and gave everyone the opportunity to detox grief, fear, and anger and calm their nervous systems. Later that month, we received frequencies to clear Full Moon symptoms like erratic sleep, brain fog, and foul moods.

In February, in honor of Valentine's Day, people all over the world participated in receiving frequencies to clear weaknesses and blockages around Love Giving and Love Receiving.

Last weekend, I had the best time providing sound and PEMF sessions at the Van Nuys Psychic and Healing Fair! I met so many fun, wonderful people who were ready to try something new to heal.

Over the two day event, a pattern emerged. The majority of people who came to me wanted to detox emotions.

One of the biggest lessons I learned during my journey healing Chronic Lyme Disease is that "the issues are in the tissues" and that emotions can get stuck in our bodies and block our bodies from healing. When Christine told me she'd been feeling really agitated and her mind felt super cluttered, I knew an Emotions Detox could help.
