This movement series is rooted In educated kinesiology which is focused on helping your brain 🧠 and body connect more thoroughly while supporting the emotional body. This class is so much more than just movement, it’s the core principles our IPSB massage technique is founded in.

We can’t recommend it enough... it’s not just self care, it’s about growth, development, wellness and connection.
