This patient had a tummy tuck without liposuction and a breast lift using Dr. Batal’s muscle sling or “bridge” technique. By lifting and supporting the lower pole with the pectoralis muscle, the breast keeps a round, full shape that gives an implant-like upper pole without using an actual implant.
