So grateful for each and every person on our team!

Yesterday we had the opportunity to get together, bond, laugh, challenge ourselves via the art of pottery, share a meal together, and just hang out! And of course, we talked about doing EMDR with the crazy elevator we were in! 😆😆 what can we say, it’s our specialty! 😏😉

For some, this was the first time they met in person yet it felt like we’ve all known each other for years. It’s the power of genuine connection. ✨

This important day is observed each year to honor and celebrate the history, culture, resilience, and contributions of Native Americans and Indigenous peoples across America.

Indigenous Peoples’ Day focuses on truth-telling, recognition, and healing. It’s a time to uplift
Indigenous voices, reflect on the legacy of colonization, and actively support Native
communities.

We all have a role to play in acknowledging the history of this land and honoring those wo have
