Reiki , a form of energy healing, is an ancient practice that is used to reduce stress, improve health and quality of life, and support physical and emotional healing.💖
During this training we will be moving into restorative stretches , we will perform breathing techniques , we will go through the history of Reiki , learn Reiki Symbols and finally students will get attuned to Reiki .

This is a certification training in person class , no experience necessary , you can join for Reiki 1 on Saturday , Reiki 2 on Sunday or both days .
