Dr. Khosla is a real life angel in the flesh! Not only do I know him as a doctor, I am truly blessed to call him a dear friend. As a doctor, Dr. Khosla recently took care of and operated on my 87 year-old father who had fallen and badly fractured his spine. I had initially called Dr. Khosla for a second opinion when my parents' doctors said my father would need some kind of complicated surgery and that he would have to wait weeks while in pain to have the procedure done because of his poor insurance coverage. Dr. Khosla didn't even hesitate; he simply and calmy said bring your dad right in and we'll take good care of him. He knew with just a quick look of the x rays that he had a relatively non-invasive procedure that would take of the problem in MINUTES (seriously). He explained it to me very simply with great compassion and without any fear mongering. Dr. Khosla also arranged for a team/assistance to seamlessly transport my father from about 40 miles away to St. John's. I cannot express what a help and relief of emotional stress that was to know things would just be handled AND handled well, with care and integrity. Dr. Khosla also checked in on my father regularly and was in constant touch with the rest of my father's care team as my father went into rehab. I'm also pretty sure that Dr. Khosla had something to do with getting my dad into the absolute best rehab facility in the Los Angeles area. The thing is, knowing him as I do, as a friend, I know this is how he somehow manages to care for ALL of his patients. Dr. Khosla has built his practice on the principles of integrity, equity, and decency from beginning to end. If you are wondering whether to go with this practice, DO NOT hesitate. You will be beyond relieved and thrilled at the level of care and outcome!!
