Cupping is old and GOLD!
Bringing fresh blood to a congested area, it helps with tightness, pain, tingling, detoxification, and overall relaxation.
Under the cup is the skin, then connective tissue layers including fascia, then the muscle.
These suction cups provide essentially a stretch to those layers, and once the cups are off there is increased flexibility and a new found feeling of ease and space.
