A huge thank you to everyone who came out to The Longevity Loop, at the beautiful , and to all of our partners for helping bring this experience to life in support of each other and . Most importantly, gratitude to our panelists for sharing such powerful, grounded wisdom.

From , we were reminded that your mouth is the gateway to your body—oral inflammation can be an early signal of systemic disease, making preventative oral care one of the most overlooked longevity tools.

Petal-powered peace 🌸✨

Found an unexpected 30 minutes to myself today, so I wandered toward the reservoir in Central park… and walked straight into this. Cherry blossoms in full bloom by the reservoir, a soft breeze, and a few spontaneous yoga poses in between.

Completely overwhelmed in the best way.

Proof that sometimes the best reset isn’t a plan—it’s a pause. This has really been working for me lately. 🤍

Wellness tip: take 20 minutes to move through nature (no headphones if you can). Let your senses do the work. It’s the easiest kind of therapy.

Rambling around The Ramble 🌿✨—but make it a workout.

Brisk hills, deep breaths, and a swim bag doubling as a weight vest 💪… proof you don’t need a gym to get it in. Just good company, a little elevation, and a lot of laughter.

We wandered through Central Park’s hidden woodland trails—one of the most magical, protected ecosystems in the city—then ended in a fairytale moment by Belvedere Castle surrounded by spring blooms 🌸

Movement + nature + girl time = the ultimate mental reset.

Fresh air, reduced stress, boosted mood… this is your reminder that sometimes the best “wellness routine” is just going for a walk 🌱
