The worst feeling is when you try doing “everything right” but are not getting the results you want.

If you feel like you have a “healthy” routine but it isn’t working, it’s stressing your body underneath.

Here’s what I see with most of my clients, they are:
🙅‍♀️under-eating
🙅‍♀️over-training
🙅‍♀️skipping meals
🙅‍♀️constant cortisol spikes
🙅‍♀️no real rest or recovery

Your body doesn’t respond to pressure it responds to 🧘‍♀️ FEELING SAFE AND RESTED

When stress is high:
