Comprehensive facial balancing using hyaluronic acid filler and Xeomin®, a neuromodulator.

This treatment was designed to restore structure while harmonizing muscle activity. The goal is to fill naturally and still allow for movement.

HA filler was placed in the temples, which corrected hollowing and reestablished upper-face continuity. The cheeks were enhanced to improve projection and midface support, while subtle chinaugmentation strengthened the lower third and refined overall profile balance.

Xeomin was used to relax overactive musculature while preserving natural expression. This allowed for a subtle brow elevation and eye opening effect, softening both dynamic and static lines over time. Targeted neuromodulation also gently lifted the nasal tip and refined nostril flare by reducing downward pull. These are small adjustments that elevate the entire profile.

By addressing both structure and movement simultaneously, we improved contour, proportion, and facial harmony while maintaining masculine architecture and full animation.

Refined — not altered.
Supported — not overdone.
