A little late, exactly one month. But Introducing the newest member to Be Bold Fitness, MJ. MJ’s specialities are cuddles, squats and giving each person who is around him an enormous amount of love and smiles. He works pretty cheap, prefers breast Milk as main payment but will bargain at times with kisses and cuddles.

Sometimes it’s best to just go old school. One of my favorite exercises, T-bar rows. Great way to build your back, hit your mid traps, rhomboids and your lats. Also, a great way to get in some indirect core work.
