Feeling so grateful for this great community 🌳💚 is such an amazing place to raise our sweet Sia, so many kind-hearted and like-minded families with little one’s Sia’s age 🙏🏼 loved visiting today and joining in the acorn festival!

Hi friends! I’d love to introduce you to my new page and heartful endeavor 💓 it is my greatest desire to empower and uplift mamas through this most sacred pilgrimage to pregnancy and parenting. There is so much information out there, it can feel overwhelming - I’m here to support you in tuning into your natural compass, your gut instincts and intuition that knows what is best for your body, for your baby.

My own long and winding path through three decades of digestive surgeries and trauma has inspired me to learn about how to nourish the body through food and herbs - I can’t wait to share with you 💚

I’ve also learned so much through many years of a long and winding path though fertility challenges, I am so humbled and honored to share with you 🤰🏼

And now studying with to become a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Consultant to support mamas in nourishing through the sacred portal into matrescense - sharing more on this soon 🥑🫐🥥

In this new endeavor I am sharing Lactation treats / blissful bites, skincare goodies and info to inspire and uplift you in all things fertility, pregnancy and postpartum 💜
