Say it one more time! Self-care is NOT selfish.

This has to be one of the hardest things to have sink in our brains but one of the most important. When we are depleted, we are more irritable, less present at work and in our relationships, and more likely to “give up” or isolate. By taking care of yourself, you are able be present and engaged which is a gift to others. Self-care is a way to give not only yourself but also to all the other relationships and areas of your life.

How can you take care of yourself today?
