INDIA: From the Ashes World Tour 🇮🇳
Two sacred weeks at Govardhan Eco Village outside of Mumbai… 🌿
My heart is brimming.

Teaching the 200hr Bhakti Yoga Teacher Training with my dear Bhakti sisters , It was such an honor to be by your side, amidst the monsoon-soaked soil of Summertime in India…I found myself in awe of the devotion, effort, and sincerity each student brought—diving deep into Bhakti, the Gita, Mantra, Vinyasa and the luminous heart of Kirtan. You offered your fullest Self to this training and I am so proud of u all!!!🙏🏼

Each morning before sunrise, we gathered in the still hush of pre-dawn darkness, where time felt suspended. The world silent… save the call of the heart.
Chanting in the dusky glow of dawn, we remembered:
that Bhakti is not learned—it’s awakened in the Heart of devotion.

The monsoon rains came like divine grace—soft, insistent, purifying.
One friend said, “Krishna is in the air here.”
I felt it.
In the trees. In the wind.
In the tears during Kirtan.
In the space between words. His Holiness Radhanath Swami has created a sanctuary: Spirituality, Sustainability and Social Action are at the core of GEV and what a gift this retreat center is to the world.

It was my first time at Govardhan Eco Village,
and yet—my 26th trip to India
it feels more like home than ever before.

Can’t wait to return to that ancient and sacred soil.

Amsterdam: From the Ashes World Kirtan Tour…on the wings of the Divine Name we will rise🌺♥️
Our stop in Amsterdam was beyond words at the beautiful Svaha Yoga — a studio pulsing with the same devotion and love for Hanuman, Neem Karoli Baba and Kirtan that Bhakti Yoga Shala once held in Santa Monica.

Reuniting with my dear brothers Patrick and Gustav(owners of Svaha Yoga) — whom I first met 26 years ago on my first visit to Maharajji’s ashram in Vrindavan — was a full of pure joy. The moment we saw each other again, it was nothing short of a festival of the heart.

Saturday night’s kirtan was on fire 🔥 — the energy soared, the sacred mantra echoed through every voice, sung with such depth and soul that it felt like we were in a temple in Vrindavan. I’ve never heard the Hanuman Chalisa sung with such heart by such a big group. It was off the hook — like Baba himself was in the room. I’ve rarely experienced a group chant the Chalisa with such unity and devotion.

And walking and biking around this magical city I was just so happy. I don’t know if it was the peaceful vibe of the canals… or maybe it was the unending clouds of CANNABIS floating through the streets… but I felt so stoned on joy (and maybe something else 😂).

Thank you to everyone who came to chant, move, and celebrate this path together. Svaha Yoga, your space is soaked in love and true bhakti. I’m Forever grateful. ❤️🕉️🙏

Italy: From the Ashes World Kirtan Tour 🇮🇹

Grazie Italy,
you embraced us deeply. And I learned a new mantra: Pizza, Pasta, Gelato… repeat!🤣🤣🤣

What I found in Italy was a culture of love so full,
so fragrant and so alive with human spirit!
I’ve always been drawn to wander through lands like India, Bali, Thailand —
I never thought I’d fall in love with a western country again. But Italy u have done it.
I had this incredibly familiar feeling like I’ve lived past lives on this land, that I was one of her own —
because here,
I felt home.

The Kirtans were
explosive, wild with devotion and at times so so tender and sweet—
they cracked open my heart
and stitched it back together with the thread sacred sound and unified divine love.

To our dearest friends: .surpi
You have shown us what a heart of true love, friendship, generosity and hospitality looks like.

And to the communities of .yogabologna .purnima Thank u so much for hosting us for kirtan. It was a true honor and blessing to chant with you.

I’m still floating on the waves of Thailand’s beauty… 🌊✨
Where the aquamarine waters meet the white sun bleached sands,
And every sunset felt like a blessing.
Our hearts are full from the smiles of the Thai people, the delicious flavors of Thai cuisine,
and the sacred sound of Mantra and Kirtan.

Endless gratitude to all who joined us ,
who chanted, danced, and poured their hearts into the kirtan—
you made this journey unforgettable.
Together, we created something timeless.

Thailand, you gave us more than memories—
you nourished us with deep joy, and a deeper sense of love for life.

From the Ashes Tour Update: Bali 5/25/2025
🌺
The island of the Gods! It is no mistake this is how Bali is commonly described! Bali is an absolutely delicious and nectarous land and culture full of devotion. U can’t walk down a street 10 steps without seeing a statue of Ganesha, smelling the sweetness of incense in the air and seeing flowers of devotion offered in front of each home and business. A true blessing the past month has been for our family. Kirtan and workshops at Bali Spirit Festival in Ubud, singing live kirtan in the yoga classes of our dear friends .walker.official , presenting Mantra, Bhakti and Kirtan workshops in the Meditation Teacher Training. And not to mention surfing some of the best waves of my life in world class reef breaks like Uluwatu, Bingin Beach and Sanur. I was able to reconnect with many old friends , .108 and meet new wonderful friends and so
many more. And what a blessing that my in-laws came over from Australia to be with us the last week. Bali is true mecca for the international yoga community. The amount of delicious hi vibe of vegan restaurants is like no where else in the world where u can get an incredible meal for $6 USD!!! Yes Bali has gotten a lot more crowded since the last time I was there six years ago, but the undercurrent of kindness, humility, joy, graciousness and generosity of the local people hasn’t changed a bit. They demonstrate a beautiful lesson of how to live a life of devotion, gratitude and love. And the waterfalls, water temples, tropical breezes, blue ocean waters are as potent and healing as ever. I am so grateful for these people and the land and waters and I pray that I will be back again soon. Next stop on the FROM THE ASHES world tour: THAILAND!!!

I am so great for my trip to Kainchi Dham this week. Kainchi Dham is the main ashram of Neem Karoli Baba in an area known as Deva Bhumi or the “Abode of the Gods. “ It is by far the most spiritually charged place I’ve ever been in my life and Maharajji’s blessings and Grace shower on all who step foot in the ashram. My first time there was 10 years ago and it has changed immensely. It was very quiet back then with very few people there except on Tuesdays, Saturdays and special holy days. Now the secret has leaked out. At any moment there are 500+ people at the temple having His darshan and absorbing the sweetness of Bhakti. And in my humble opinion although the crowds are large Maharajji’s presence is even more palpable because of the presence of so many devotees. If you ever get a chance in this life make a pilgrimage to this holy site.

If this is what I look like after my 1st day in India, I’d say it was a good day. I started today in Delhi first at a Krishna temple, and it is Mangalavar so then of course straight to a Hanumanji temple to chant a Chalisa and seek Hanumanji’s blessings for this trip…then to the Bhava Harmonium factory and was fed and nourished deeply by their friendship and overflowing kindness …then I missed my flight from Delhi to Rishikesh bc of crazy traffic getting to the airport then got another flight which was delayed a couple hours bc of a runway problems at Rishikesh airport🤣🤣🤣 what an action packed first day to say the least!!! Just arrived in Rishikesh and about to collapse because of exhaustion 🤣. Though it all a gentle breeze of grace seemed to be conspiring through it all. There is nothing like . I am so grateful to be back. We start our Kirtan and Bhakti retreat on Thursday. Jai Sri Ram.

I blinked my eyes and he has now grown up. My son Malakai is a teenager and holy crap, just as tall as me. And what a beautiful soul and kind young man he has grown into. I’m very proud and grateful for u my man.
