I scored at the Joshua Tree Gem and Mineral Show yesterday! Big chunks of raw rose quartz (self-love), aventurine (anxiety), tigers eye (grounding), selenite (cleansing and charging) and an amethyst geode (protection). I love using this magical stones during treatments and placing them in placing them around my home for the good vibes. Definitely going back for more! ✨

I took an Continuing Education class this weekend on the treatment of scars. This is me, I compound fractured my ulna and radius many moons ago when I was a gymnast. This scar is on my small intestine channel. In TCM theory a scar creates a blockage of blood and Qi and can cause problems in distal parts of the body ie. I have neck and shoulder pain on this same side AND I struggled with SIBO a small intestine disorder after contracting a food-born illness in Peru. It’s all connected! This is A LOT of needles. More than I would generally use on a patient but it felt really opening and I enjoyed the treatment.
