🌈 Our Teen Group for ages 12 - 17 meets on Wednesdays at 4pm

🌈 Our group for those 18 & older meets on Tuesdays at 4pm

All meetings are held virtually on Zoom.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month – a timely reminder that early detection saves lives. Mammograms remain the standard of care, but it can be valuable to know how your breasts normally look and feel so you can seek medical care if you notice changes. A monthly self-exam can help.

There is no right way to do a self-exam. Just remember T.L.C. (touch, look, check).

Since its inception in 1998, our Safe Families Program has served as a lifeline for countless people and children. Each year, we provide conﬁdential domestic violence counseling and other behavioral health support to thousands of individuals.

Our interventions have helped many survivors escape dangerous situations, gain access to critical resources and begin the healing process.
