Super sweet and flavorful 🍯

Love when hard work pays off. Fighting all these creatures and bugs attacking the bee hives wasn't a joke. Taking care and always checking what my bees needed was almost daily task. We are still new bee keepers, still learning. But the satisfaction to tasting honey from our own hive was so sweet 😋
And yes, Starfruit tree produced more starfruit too

We had a tropical storm which brought tons of rain 🌧. I had an empty bucket set outside to measure how many inches of rain my property got. It was 12 inches!!! At least so far.
Few things I observed:
💧My cats were so confused why there was water in places were they normally run 🤷‍♀️
💧The land is covered in water, and I do hope my plants and trees will survive, as a wind up to 50 mph is expected today/tomorrow.
💧Fire ants are the nasty creatures that i like the least...actually am close to hating, and I don't use that word easily. I saw their brown stuff floating above the water and wondered if they were trying to survive this way, so just in case, I stumped all over it 😁
💧 No need to water ANYTHING for a while now.
💧The temperature stayed nice and warm with 100% humidity, so my tropical trees will flourish.
💧 Frogs, some of them are poisonous...are soooo loud😅
💧 And I still love Florida ❤️ 😍

Crunchy barbecue roasted chickpeas

Ingredients:
Drained chickpeas,
Himalayan salt
Smoked paprika
Garlic powder
Avocado oil.

Mix all ingredients well, so the chickpeas are covered. Preheat oven to 425 and bake for 20 min.
Enjoy as a snack or in salad.

Colder weather calls for comfort food.
Lithuanian stuffed potato pancakes ( vegan version.
Ingredients:
Boiled and mashed potatos. Add flour and flax seed powder.
Stuffing:
Onions
Garlic
Vegan "beef"
Spices.
Sautee all Ingredients, add spices. With wet hands make pancakes and Sautee on both sides until brown.
Garnish with vegan sour cream.

Pumpkin Pie season 🥧
My family loves it so much that I have to bake 4-5 at the time!!!
And it's totally appropriate to have it 3 times a day as a meal 😋 😁
I like it more spicy than sweet, but you can sweeten it to your taste.
Ingredients:
Steammed pie pumkins
Cashew cream
Honey
Flax seed powder
Cinnamon
Cloves
Nutmeg
Ginger
Cinnamon
Vanilla
Unbaked pie crust.

Add all inventory food processor mix well and pour into pie crust. Bake at 450F for 10min. Lower temperature to 300F and bake for additional 50min. Enjoy
