On Saturday November 16th join us at Studio Mugen for a Meditation class.

Spend an hour practicing Vipassana mediation with others. Please bring cushion or blanket. We will also prepare an organic Kukicha (twig tea) or Barley tea for guests.

A suggested donation of $5 cash is requested for using the Studio mugen space.

On November 24th at seed kitchen we will host a Macrobiotic Cooking Class highlighting the thyroid gland where you will learn to make a remedy drink, and how to cook vegan macrobiotic plant-based foods.
