"Our practice provides integrative psychiatry for children, adolescents, and adults as well as psychotherapy for teens, young adults, couples, and families.

We incorporate evidence-based medicine and psychotherapeutic techniques with an emphasis on exploring the biological, psychological, and social factors important for improving one's overall health.

Integrative mental health care encompasses treating individuals and families experiencing mental health symptoms with a holistic and person-centered approach. We integrate all aspects of health into a practice that emphasizes mental well-being as a result of fully understanding all aspects of a person's life experiences and medical background. This includes understanding the development and attachment style of a young child, the importance and difficulty of parent and friend relationships for a teenager, and the growth and change that occurs as an adult.

Our clients are ready to learn ways to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, to let go of what is no longer serving them, and to challenge themselves to explore the factors that will allow them to live life more meaningfully."

Person Centered Treatment

Dr. Neumann believes each individual's development is unique, influenced by their formative experiences throughout their life. She uses a developmental model focused on the overall health and well being of the individual.

While some of her clients will decide that psychiatric medications are a helpful tool for their emotional growth, others will work with Dr. Neumann to develop a wellness plan without medications.

Psychiatric medications are often helpful in providing individuals the stability and support they need to overcome their current mental health conditions temporarily, while others choose to remain on psychiatric medications long-term due to the benefits they receive.

Dr. Neumann's clients are provided with detailed discussions and recommendations that facilitate autonomy and confidence in choosing their own path to recovery.
