We call it eczema, but what if it’s actually a warning light?

Because it’s rarely just a skin issue. Most of the time, the kids I see with chronic eczema also deal with food sensitivities, digestive problems, constant illnesses, and mood or focus issues.

I used to put kids on ultra-restrictive elimination diets, until I started asking WHY their immune systems were reacting in the first place.

The deeper I dug, the more I found one common thread: fungal issues and mold exposure, especially in the early years of life. These disrupt the gut, irritate mast cells, and confuse the immune system, causing it to react to everything.

And for many of these kids, the eczema is just the surface of a much bigger storm inside.

Sounds familiar, right?

Why does it feel like they're constantly moving, bouncing, fidgeting?

Most parents and practitioners put a label on it, say it’s ADHD, and call it a day. But why do we stop there? Why don’t we ask ourselves why these kids have ADHD?

Sometimes it’s a lack of interest on the practitioner’s side to dig deeper, and sometimes it’s the whole medical field saying “it’s just genetics,” when no concrete answer can be found.

That’s why I’m asking all of you to do your research and not stop at the first “This is all we can do.”

I’ve sat with too many kids who think there’s something wrong with them.

They say they’re dumb. They say they’re broken. But what I see is a child whose system is overloaded and no one’s asking why.

I’ve seen kids go from one-on-one aides and daily meltdowns to focused, regulated, thriving students; not because they got the right diagnosis, but because we finally addressed what was driving the chaos.

Sometimes it’s mold … sometimes it’s inflammation… and sometimes it’s both.

But when we support the body and calm the nervous system, everything changes, for the child, for the family, for their future.

Is your child’s overwhelm really part of their neurodivergence?

Because I’ve seen too many families accept anxiety, OCD, rigidity, or sensory meltdowns as “just part of autism.” But they’re not. They’re symptoms of a brain inflamed and overloaded with toxins.

Neurodivergence is the beautiful part. The creativity, the unique way of seeing the world, that’s your child’s GIFT.

The discomfort, disconnection, and struggle are not.

I’ve seen what happens when we remove the inflammation and clean up the body. The real child shines through. Still quirky, still unique, but no longer stuck in survival mode.

Leucovorin can do incredible things.

I’ve seen kids start putting words together, making eye contact, becoming more aware and connected. It’s like pouring rocket fuel into an engine that wasn’t running right. Suddenly, things start to fire and the whole nervous system wakes up.

But there’s something most people aren’t saying.

If the brain is already inflamed or overloaded with toxins, even the most powerful support can push things in the wrong direction. Instead of progress, you might see agitation, sleep issues, or sensory overwhelm. It’s not the supplement itself, but the state of the system you’re adding it to.

Leucovorin isn’t magic; it only works when all the conditions are met for it to work.
