Reading labels and making healthy choices became more important than ever. 5 years ago a friend told me about a new beauty brand that had mission to get safe products into the hands of everyone, I was intrigued. When I saw the line and listened, my eyes were completely opened. I honestly didn't know what I didn't know. To my utter surprise, I learned that there was really no regulation in the personal care industry, laws had not been changed since 1938 and that so many untested chemicals were allowed in products. I joined arms almost immediately with Beautycounter and I have become just as passionate about the mission as I am about our products.
