✨ Growing up, I believed it was my responsibility to heal my parents. But healing is not my job… just as it’s not my children’s responsibility to heal me. 🕊️What I’ve come to realize is that the parts of me that still carry pain… the little girl inside, the teenager who felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood… they deserve my love and attention. 💞When we tend to our inner child and teenage self, we give them permission to feel, to express, and to be safe within us. We create space to re-parent ourselves with compassion instead of waiting for others to do what only we can give.Yesterday I had the most amazing 1:1 session with , and it gave me confirmations of things I already knew in my soul. She helped me sit with the parts of me I often keep hidden and reminded me how powerful it is to bring them forward with love. 🌹Healing isn’t about fixing… it’s about remembering, honoring, and embracing every version of ourselves. When we do this, we free our children from carrying what was never theirs to hold. ✨🤍 May we all break the cycles of codependency and step into wholeness.
