Un espacio creado con amor para niños con autismo y/o alguna dificultad de aprendizaje (learning disability) y sus papás, donde el arte y la calma nos ayudan a conectar desde el corazón 💞

Este taller está diseñado para que los niños puedan expresarse libremente mientras los papás disfrutan de un momento de presencia, respiración y paz, en un ambiente seguro, respetuoso y sin juicios.

Mini Series Day 6💛
Tonight we are rewiring your subconscious and rewriting your money story.

Right before bed, close your eyes with me.
Take a deep inhale.
Hold it at the very top.
Now sigh it all out.
Do that a couple of times to calm your nervous system.

Breathwork is the most important thing to reset your body.
Whenever you feel rushed.
Whenever you feel anxious.
Whenever a negative feeling shows up.
Come back to your breath.
Inhale through your nose.
Hold gently.
Exhale with your mouth open.

Now set up your night routine.
Choose a frequency that calls you.
You can listen to five two eight hertz.
Four three two hertz.
Or theta waves.
Whatever attracts your spirit.
Play it on YouTube.
On your phone.
On Alexa.
Let it run all night while you sleep.
Your subconscious will hear everything.

Now call in your spiritual team.
God. Universe. Angels.
Thank you God.
Thank you my spiritual team.
Thank you for all the abundance I received today.
Thank you for all the money that came in.
Thank you for all the money I was able to spend.
Groceries. Bills. Essentials.
I am grateful for it all.

Thank you God for every dollar that enters and every dollar that leaves my life.
May more money stay with me.
In my bank accounts.
In my wallet.
In my home.

Help me rewire my subconscious tonight.
Get to the root cause.
Cut any ancestral trauma.

Mini Series Day 4 : Abundance Winter Stove Pot 🔥❄️✨ (holidays even though it’s still Fall🍂)

Today’s abundance ingredients:
🟠 Orange for joy
🍋 Lemon for cleansing
🌿 Basil for prosperity
🍃 Bay leaves to open doors
🌿 Rosemary for protection
🪵 Cinnamon for money flow
🍯 Honey for sweet blessings

Before starting, I cleaned my stove because a clean stove = a clean channel for money, clarity, and new blessings.
A dirty stove blocks abundance.
A clean one attracts it.

So as you clean, say:
“I clear away all blockages and welcome abundance.”

Once your stove is clear and ready, start your pot and let every ingredient carry intention and purpose.

As it simmers, repeat:
“I release fear… and I welcome overflow.”

Or speak loving abundant words —
make it your own.
Remember to see it, feel it, and BE it. ✨
