We are proud to announce that we are now available to ALL Ventura County residents. We have items such as wheelchairs, walkers, knee scooters, canes, shower chairs, incontinence supplies, and so much more available here at hospice. Please feel free to call hospice at (805)525-1333 if you or a loved one is in need of any medical equipment or incontinence supplies. We are located at 217 N 10th St, Santa Paula, CA 93060.

A big shout-out to the Santa Paula Moose Lodge 2097
Santa Clara Valley Hospice is incredibly grateful for the generous donation we just received from the Moose Lodge of Santa Paula. Not long after we posted about needing baby wipes, they stepped up with a donation that will help us provide much-needed supplies for the families we serve, and it means so much.

Many people might think of the Moose Lodge 2097 as just a local bar, but they are so much more. With the help of Cindy Molina and her amazing team, the Moose Lodge continues to show up for our community in meaningful ways.

Their generosity reminds us how strong and caring our Santa Paula community truly is.
