One of the most meaningful parts of my work is hearing the good news clients bring into session.

Many people hear about EMDR therapy and assume it’s only for extreme trauma or PTSD.

But what I wish more people knew is that EMDR therapy can help with the everyday patterns that keep you feeling stuck. Things like anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere, people-pleasing, overthinking, or feeling triggered by situations that shouldn’t feel that big.
