This free offering to the community will have a focus on global healing and expansive love - think resetting the nervous system to contribute to eliminating conflict.

In a world that feels loud and chaotic, this is an invitation to come home.

This intuitively guided meditation is a space of breath, sound and gentle energetic support - allowing each person to be guided exactly where they are meant to go.

We begin with grounding breathwork and sound healing, opening a liminal space to walk with whatever wisdom, guidance or presence feels called forward - God, Source, Light, ancestors, or the quiet knowing within.

We close with time to journal, integrate, and gently return - grounded by the gong - carrying what was felt, seen or remembered back into the world.
