This is Codey Christopher, Co-founder of hey neighbor. 24 years old, ambitious, and seeking to provide an amazing service to the community of homeowners along 30a, destin, and everywhere in between. Has been involved with athletics since 5 years old and has shaped him into the person he is today and will be forever. With the welcoming of adversity and love of a challenge, he is committed to taking on anything that come his way. After his time at college being cut short due to injury he has been working diligently with 30a shines and helping the coming thrive and run as efficiently as possible. Managing luxury homes on 30a along side his mother Jen. He also wants to provide a more comprehensive and personal service to help protect the investments of others. Hi. Let me introduce myself

My name is Jennifer Christopher. We have lived in Santa Rosa Beach for 12 years. Matt and I have been married for 25 years. We have 5 children and lots of grand babies now ❤️

My passion for this trade was discovered when a dear friend needed a helping hand with her cleaning company. This was the stepping stone that created my cleaning company 30A Shines cleaning.

Fast forward 8 years and I noticed a need out there. Home watch. I have found that there are homes that don’t have consistent eyes on at a consistent basis. Too many times have we experienced that because nobody was around, a problem occurred and it made an expensive and home altering problem. Cleaning was one way we could take care of this issue, but there was only so much we could do in that sector. Now is this position we are the first line of defense. Taking care of people’s investments is something we have been working on for 8 years and now want to to take it to the next level.
