As you enjoy the gorgeous beaches along 30A, it's important to avoid getting sunburned. ☀️The sun's UV rays can damage your skin in as little as 15 minutes. Reduce your risk by using a broad spectrum mineral sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher, staying in the shade, and wearing protective clothes and accessories (hats and sunglasses). If you do get a severe sunburn, we can help. Just stop by our clinic in Seagrove Beach!
