STUDENT SPOTLIGHT x2 🤍
This week, we’re featuring two of our favorites… Georgia + Hayden.
Georgia, a senior at South Walton, has been practicing yoga consistently for the past six months. What began as something she wanted to try for fitness has quickly become something she genuinely looks forward to each week. She’s found her rhythm in the studio, drawn to the fun music, good energy, and the balance it brings into her life. Hot power yoga has pushed her both physically and mentally—building strength, improving flexibility, and sharpening her focus. More than that, it’s given her a sense of calm that carries into everything she does. For Georgia, yoga has become a meaningful part of how she takes care of herself and who she is becoming.
Hayden, also a senior at South Walton, shares a similar timeline but her story started with one early morning decision—a 6AM class that changed everything. From that first session, she was hooked. What stood out most was the atmosphere—an environment filled with positive people who push and support each other to grow. Through yoga, Hayden has strengthened both her body and mind, while also building a deeper connection with herself. She credits much of that experience to Susan Hauser, whose energy makes every class feel fun, upbeat, and something to look forward to. For Hayden, yoga has become more than a practice—it’s a space where she continues to grow.
Two different stories, but the same throughline: showing up, putting in the work, and becoming the best version of yourself. We love you both 🤍🧘♀️
