Fall in Love with YOU

Hello and welcome to my therapy practice. As a proud middle-aged gal just beginning to figure my own life out, I embrace the chance to partner with you on your journey toward your best life. As a solo single parent who raised a son in the Bay Area. I know what it’s like to struggle spiritually, emotionally, and financially while hoping not to be discounted. I faced many obstacles and hardships. Therapy, self-acceptance, and reflection helped me move forward. Prayer, hope, and a lot of sass helped me keep my head above water.

Among my areas of expertise are leading support groups for women, individual therapy with women (and a few sensitive) experiencing depression and/or anxiety, individuals going through a life transition, supportive counseling to those impacted by the effects of past trauma, racism, classism, socioeconomic factors, and support for loss of a loved one. (this includes losing a beloved pet).

My orientation is Humanistic which encourages your innate goodness and potential. Self awareness, mindfulness, as well as solution focused approaches are what I bring to support you in exploring your unique personal life challenges coupled with compassion and acceptance.

Finally, I offer culturally sensitive therapy to people struggling with a post-November 2016 world. I offer a safe space to process your emotions, while arming you with the tools you need to assertively confront and manage negative environments. Wellness and transformation await you.
