Visiting Angels is Sonoma, Napa and Solano County California's Premier Homecare agency. We are Directed by Connie Hamilton, CSA. We hire only professionally experienced caregivers, and have a very rigorous screening process. We provide a FREE in-home assessment and safety check, as well as caregiver supervisory visits! We are members of the Sonoma County Section on Aging, the Sonoma County Alliance, The Council on Aging, Napa Chamber of Commerce, Napa H.A.P.I., Napa Senior Alliance, and the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce. We sponsor and donate to the Alzheimer's Association, Napa Hospice, Senior Advocacy Services, Council on Aging, and many other community organizations!
