Many studies that have been done on Plant inhalation πΏπ¨ have been done without separating non-to***co smokers from to***co smokers, leading to skewed and false results
Smoking The Plant is nothing like smoking π¬ but that doesn't make your πΏπ¨ "perfectly" healthy
Anytime you smoke flower, you're intaking carcinogens in the form of tar, hot smoke, and ash into your lungs and alveoli
But still, smoking is my favorite mode of consumption π₯°
π¨πΏ Smoking allows me to better control my exact intake that may not be in exact miligrams, but by what my body tells me it needs in that moment
π¨πΏ Smoking also lets me curate my own special blend by mixing smoking herbs from brands such as BARBARI and h**p flower from Dad Grass to make my Plant flower last longer and give myself a more well rounded experience
π¨πΏ Smoking pushes me outside (we don't π¨ inside) to listen to listen to the birds, get my vitamin d and ground on the grass
π¨πΏ Lastly, smoking helps me slow down. If I'm consuming via edible or tincture, the consumption lasts 2 seconds, and I wait for the results, usually about 45 minutes for edibles. With smoking, the effects happen in 10-15 minutes and don't last as long, so if I accidentally get excited and consume more than planned, it doesn't ruin my night
π¨πΏ Works for me, and because i enjoy it the most, im more likely to intake the proper amount i need, making π¨πΏ MY healthiest form of comsumption. What works best for you?
