Field Trips with Tigerlilly An energetic group of elderly/differently abled people going on epic adventures! After an assessment, we will pick the right care step for your needs.

My name is Tigerlilly and I am a case manager who provides opportunities for client-centered non-medical care. Whether you just need the case management portion of my services or a more advanced level of care. We will work together and the fun part is you also get to join our community! Where you can meet either in person at one of our events or virtually through our face time services! Where once we are set up and online we will have community check in's in the mornings and afternoons! That way we can all stay in touch and no one will ever feel like they are alone again.
