Meet Bernice; she is one of our Resident Ambassadors and also the CEO of our Crochet Club. Since the start of this club, she has been going around asking associates and residents what their favorite colors are, then creating a scarf for them. John's favorite baseball team is the Giants, so she made him an orange and black one.

What an honor it was to visit this amazing place. The Wildlife Rescue Organizer, Doris, invited us for a VIP tour and a wonderful presentation. She even fed us! We learned about how it all started in 1981 to when Doris took over in 2004. We also learned how wild animals are treated in the most gentle way, the amazing rehab hospitals they have, etc. Everything you see was designed by their amazing team, donated materials, volunteers, and partnerships. Chanate has been donating to them for the past year as well. Thank you so much, Doris, for having us.

On today's Story Circle Club, we decided to take it to another level and drive out to Glen Ellen area and McDonald Ave. Marion is familiar with both of these areas and was able to tell historical stories about them. Our scenic drives just got better!

Selected Creations Courtesy of Andrea Granahan. These shoes have done their walking! From the pair of women's Army Combat Boots, to dance-hall heels, playful wedges, to the tiny sparkling 'Mary Janes' with their schoolroom slate. Andrea has printed her own iambic illustration on the sole of each individual shoe. She let us borrow them for our Monthly Art display. It's all for fun!
