It is with great sadness that I inform everyone that my partner, colleague, teacher and friend, Don Deffenbaugh, departed this world on Friday, May 17th. He now continues his travel in another plane of existence, but we all that met him are deeply thankful for his teachings and help, as he was a generous soul. Please send a prayer, light, a thought for him.

• Si no escuchas a tu deseo de decir "no", el te hablará con trastornos estomacales
• Si no escuchas a tu pasión, el te hablará con una infección
• Si no escuchas a tu creatividad y tu talento, te hablarán con el aumento de peso
• Si no escuchas a tu afectividad, ella te hablará con la dermatitis

Si no escuchas a tu espiritualidad, ella te hablará con el cuerpo.. que se enferma

No deberíamos olvidarnos nunca de escucharnos..
Cada emoción no escuchada deja una marca en el cuerpo..

El cuerpo es el espejo de nuestra alma...
