I feel so much gratitude for this special container. 💕 Silent sessions become a sort of active meditation allowing lots of space for insights and inspiration. I attribute this largely to my office mates that use the room on my off days, primarily who infuses magic during her sessions, amplifying my own. Smoothe cohesion between independent contractors sharing the same space doesn't come without some bumps in the road- there can be a lot to iron out when hiccups arise, but honestly we do a great job between the three of us and that makes me immensely proud. I love this this space, and the people that continually show up. Just sharing a little positivity because this world seems crazy sometimes. Thank you for reading. 🌞

I'll be giving away little clippings this month to celebrate the holiday of love- (while supplies last) ! Several years ago a client of mine gave me a clipping from this plant and it has flourished! It is my hope they will root and continue to bloom for years to come as a reminder of the connection between all of us. Sending everyone some extra love this year. November special, starting this Wednesday. Start by scrubbing away that which no longer serves on the surface of the back. Wiping off the scrub with hot towels to prep for hot stone application along the spine and shoulders.

The room smells like cinnamon and clove while the candles give off a warm glow. It's been a while since I've done a seasonal special, so I'm looking forward to your feedback on this special scent and additional oil warmer! 🍁🍂🔥

Ignore the "we will be back" sign, that's for the studio, BUT we got some outdoor signage up over here! The QR code will take you directly to my website! This cool little feature only works when the curtains are down, but if you need easy access and the doors are open you can find it again on my service list cards inside. 😊🙌🍂🌞✨

Earlier this year the city of Santa Rosa enacted a new law requiring all massage businesses to apply for a new certificate deeming the place of business as credible. This is attained with a valid massage certification (at least 500 hours of massage training at a qualified school, passing a competency test [MBLEX], submitting fingerprints, a clear background check and no negative claims against you such as inappropriate touching of a client), a zoning permit, and a business tax certificate. It is my effort to provide a safe and professional space that people can feel comfortable in, and to follow all mandated state and city regulations. I hope this highlights the foundation I have worked to maintain through the years even before I was a business owner. Everyone has a choice on who to go to, but if you're new to bodywork and am feeling timid, I hope these certifications make you more comfortable in your choice. ✨

Expanding my time slots for chair massages on Wednesdays and Fridays at Revolution Yoga! Now 4pm-6pm, in 20 minutes increments ($20 for 20). I will post the booking link on my bio, to reserve your spot. You do not need to be a member to partake! Chair massages are great for maintenance or a quick session when you're short on time and money! 🌞
