Each of us has a soundtrack that reflects our life journey. From childhood lullabies to songs tied to pivotal moments, music shapes our memories and identity.

Revisiting meaningful songs can spark conversation, release emotions, and even reconnect us to parts of ourselves we’ve forgotten.

What song feels like your story right now?

Did you know that making music doesn’t just feel good — it actually changes your brain? 🧠✨

Engaging in music (singing, drumming, learning an instrument) stimulates neuroplasticity, helping the brain form new connections that support memory, attention, and emotion regulation. A comprehensive review in Neuron summarizes controlled training studies showing these functional and structural changes.

👉 This week, try something new: hum a melody you’ve never sung before, tap out a rhythm, or explore an unfamiliar genre. Notice how your attention and mood shift.

Small acts of musical creativity today can create lasting brain benefits tomorrow. 🌟

Musical training has emerged as a useful framework for the investigation of training-related plasticity in the human brain. Here, Herholz and Zatorre review research investigating brain plasticity induced by musical training, highlighting common patterns and possible underlying mechanisms.

Healing flourishes in safe, intentional spaces.

That’s why we hold space not only for expression, but also for deep listening, community, and restoration. When you feel safe, you can explore, release, and transform.

You are worthy of spaces where your full self is welcomed 💙

Making music together rewires the brain for connection!

A 2022 study in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences showed that group singing synchronizes heart rates and brain wave patterns, enhancing feelings of social bonding and belonging.

When was the last time you made music with others? How did it feel?

We encourage you to sing or drum with someone this week, even if it's just clapping along to a beat with your child or humming in harmony with a friend. Notice how quickly connection deepens ✨

The uneven spread of COVID-19 has resulted in disparate experiences for marginalized populations in urban centers. Using computational models, we e...

Music isn’t just relaxing - it can help you grow stronger from the inside out.

Research shows that music therapy can lower stress, anxiety, and depression while also building emotional resilience. Through music, people find safe ways to express their feelings, connect with others, and regain a sense of confidence and calm.

We see this transformation daily. Whether it’s drumming out tension, singing through emotions, or simply listening deeply, music creates a space where healing and resilience can flourish.

How has music helped you through stressful times?

This study explores the impact of music therapy on emotional resilience, well-being, and employability. Through an 8-week music therapy intervention involving 256 participants, the results demonstrated that music therapy significantly enhanced participants’ emotional resilience, which in turn impr...

Recent studies show that when music aligns with your body’s natural tempo, your inner rhythm, it can reduce the way pain is perceived. This means that listening to or engaging with music that feels “in sync” with you doesn’t just sound good, it can be deeply therapeutic.

We love tailoring our sessions to each person’s unique needs, because no two rhythms are alike. Your heartbeat, your breath, your story - all of it matters in the music we create together.

Your favorite song might not just lift your spirits — it could also help ease your pain.

Healing isn’t always about a quick fix - it’s a process, it’s about expression.

Writing, painting, singing, or moving your body allows emotions to move through instead of getting stuck.

We believe creativity is medicine. When we give ourselves permission to express, we give ourselves permission to heal.

What’s one small way you can express yourself today?
