Happy Monday! We’re happy to announce that all of our therapist are back in the office treating patients for the month of May. John is 4 weeks post up today! Slow knee lift walking the slower you go the harder the exercise is. This allows the involved leg to learn from the uninvolved leg. This is part of the proprioception retraining program.

3 weeks post op and his flexion is now at 124. John has been consistent on keeping his scheduled appointments, this has helped keep his progress on schedule. Keep up the good work John!

When the therapist has become the PATIENT. John is 9 days post total knee replacement! We’ve been working on knee extension, which is the most important motion to get back initially. Now we’re moving on to emphasize flexion.

Progressing ahead of schedule. Patient is now bending at 127 degrees compared to 75 three weeks ago!

Eight weeks following surgery for a shattered femur, and six week non-weight bearing walking. Working to regain normal knee motion, takes lots of effort and verbal encouragement. He’s making great Progress!

Our hardworking patient Nicole has come along way with her physical therapy. After having a Labral Repair on her right shoulder in July. She is now in a throwing program and is working on her throwing mechanics before being released to resume softball. Go Nicole 💪🏻🥎!
