🥷🏽It takes some really healthy Chinese medicine guts to stand your ground the way that I’m doing here for all of you to have access to alternative healthcare. This will only be here as long as it is enabled by the community so I’m really encouraging you to come in soon if you haven’t already, to invite others and to reference people in your life who are suffering medically - there’s an alternative on fifth Street in downtown Santa Rosa & it’s definitely worth checking out. So far only one acupuncturist has come in as a customer. Where’s the Chinese medicine community. I hope to see you all very soon. You deserve treatment and care just as much as you give and this is different, This is Chinese medicine nutrition , It doesn’t exist anywhere else!

👩‍🎓I majored in biology in college and was nominated by my Stanford zoology professor for a UC Berkeley scholarship to study biology. After very carefully considering the offer, I turned it down because it wasn’t in alignment with my principles.

💊While I love science I don’t love what science does industrially. For example, genetically modified food & pharmaceuticals. I didn’t want to be the token brown woman recruited into the science scene, enabling the machine.

🫀But I am a very good scientist and so now two decades later, I’m a family physician and pharmacological formulator capable of curing heart disease & cancer! This suits me perfectly! I’m not fighting against the machine. I’m creating an antithesis to the machine for everybody who wants alternative healthcare.

📖There are so many different stories to my healthcare, healing & becoming journey. One of them that I’d like to share here, that’s relevant to children, Berkeley & autism is the following.

🥕Before I opened my restaurant, I had a Farmers Market business called Guerrilla Food. I was at my raw milker’s farm party and I met an alternative doctor based in Berkeley who specialized in curing autism. He explained to me that it was an issue of heavy metal toxicity, and by detoxing children, he was able to help them heal autism. He explained that children were easier to cure than adults. He explained that nutrition was of the upmost importance and he encouraged me to become a doctor myself.

🌿At that time, I had no vision of myself as a doctor, but I cared very much for the environment and people’s health. He gravitated towards my intelligence in the scientific fields like biology and predicted my future, specifically in curing children with autism & working with herbs!

👸🏻For more than 20 years now, I have been working on an all natural beauty program no cosmetics or cosmetic treatments involved. You accomplish two goals with one GuChi diet. Building your body with adequate nourishment equals beautifying your appearance and lengthening your life.

💊And it works because it’s science, whereas all those marketed products that you’re wasting your money and body on don’t work & cause side effects. They are part of a huge scam/scheme called the beauty industry. And you know it’s a scam because it’s void of food, which is the substance that becomes your body physiologically. They might tell you that it’s healthy, good for you & scientifically proven but check it. Is it actual food or is it a manufactured product?

☣️ If you’re eating powders, supplements, fortified food and “ adaptogenic” herbs, which are toxic, then that’s what your body is gonna look and feel like.

🤝I’m not here to hurt anybody’s feelings. Just to reveal the truth and to honor you as a part of nature, deserving of well-being and ease, health and beauty.

🥠 I’ve been working with patients now for almost a year and I’ve learned so much and been able to apply my knowledge with great success in curing many diseases, including heart & kidney disease, cancer, menopausal syndrome, thyroid & liver issues, dermatological issues, etc.

🥴I was diagnosed with diabetes in my early mid 20s. I healed myself by following the directions of my alternative medicine practitioner who had designed a very effective diet called the James Reese reset wellness system.

🥷I have since become a chef, learned Chinese medicine & am now combining both of these things & launching a medicinal product line & California’s first ever Chinese medicine Café.

☕️I’m creating food that is not only tasty and beautiful, but it’s pharmacological. I call it culinary pharmacology & it’s a lot simpler than it sounds.
