What a beautiful day full of nourishment for the body and soul!

Started the day with their jammy egg platter and a oat latte. The house made sauces and pickles were delightful.

Excited to get acquainted with this new tool! I've had a curiosity for dowsing rods for a while, but finally got a chance to play with them at the Sacred Spirit Retreat. Had to get my own pair!! I already use muscle testing as a biofeedback tool during sessions and this feels like a natural extension of that. Should I do a live and ask some questions soon? ✨
