This powerhouse system is involved in almost every aspect of day to day body functioning but doesn't always get the attention and credit it deserves. As we move into the transitional season of fall, now is an excellent time to check in with your inner river.

I don't believe those social media intuition "tests" where you guess the hidden card or object carry much weight in actually assessing intuitive abilities.
When we are accessing a bit of information from a performative or ego driven place this can oftentimes affect the clarity of the information coming through. However, when there is a real need for intuitive information to be shared, it can be accessed much more easily, cleanly, and beautifully. So if you're someone that rarely gets these right, don't let it influence your belief in your own intuitive abilities.

The universe is not stagnant and robotic but a responsive, living, breathing thing. When you acknowledge the core inner wisdom of the universal energies at play, you can create a dialogue that both guides you and reacts to your choices and perceptions. The same is true with the micro level of your body. It responds to your will choices, thoughts and emotions. And we are so much more powerful than we think!

Often when walking through the healing portion of my sessions, we are working as time travelers. We revisit the versions of ourselves that went through these impactful or traumatic events. We sit with that version of self and reclaim our energy to invite it back to the present moment. I've seen some truly incredible shifts for people from reincorporating parts of themselves lost to time. When we embrace ourselves at our most vulnerable, we have so much potential to rebuild to our most powerful and whole self.

I've been wanting to get an aura photo for a long time and I finally got a chance a couple weeks back at .io. Unsurprisingly there is a lot of green present 😆 and apparently I am very protected and surrounded by guides and spirit (of course).

Our family went apple picking this September Saturday morning. is such a beautiful piece of land full of the bounty of fall. We picked over 28 lbs of apples, had apple slushies and apple crumble, rode the apple trolly, and pet the friend list goat from .
Now I have to figure out what to do with all of these apples 😅. Share your suggestions please!
