What is an appointment like?
Consultation: you complete a medical intake form and read and sign the consent form for your treatment-whether that’s Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, or HA dermal filler treatment with Juvederm or Restylane.
I’ll answer your questions-and often have questions of my own for you: What is your past history with aesthetic treatments? How did you do with the various neuromodulators or dermal fillers? Did you have a headache? (that happens 3-7% of the time)
When was your last appointment? What area(s) concern you most?
We review treatment options and make an aesthetic treatment plan.
Most often, I do a treatment the same day, and we schedule additional treatments if planned.
I clean and mark the treatment area with you sitting up so I can see the effects of gravity.
Then you get to lay back, relax, and apply ice to the treatment area while I prepare your medication.
Finally, I do your treatment.
I like to teach my patients how to breathe through it, and quite a few of my patients like to use a buzzer/massage tool for distraction. This helps with any anxiety you might have about injections, though it is a very small needle that is very tolerable for most patients.
Once done, I clean off my marks and apply arnica gel. You get instructions for what to avoid and what to expect.
We also look at rewards programs like Allē (for Botox and Juvederm) and Aspire Rewards (for Dysport and Restylane), and apply those to your treatment cost.
✨At your first visit, you receive $50 off. ✨
