โ€œAs someone who has tried dozens of mindfulness techniques to find what works best for me, the Soluna app has been by far the most helpful, efficient, and relevant resource in this chapter of my wellness journey. Solunaโ€™s cultural relevance to Gen Z students sets it apart from other apps, and Iโ€™ve found its interface to be shockingly relatable. This Sunday I will have my tenth 40-minute text appointment with the same peer counselor who I have been working with weekly to increase my productivity.โ€ - J. Barnes SRJC Student
