Chakras are energy centers within the human body that help to regulate all its processes, from organ function to the immune system and emotions, they are a major part of our body and energy field. When they get out of balance they can create chaos in the body and energy body, resulting in other chakras having to overcompensate for it..which leads to more imbalances such as poor concentration, low immunity and circulation, trouble sleeping, not feeling safe, dizziness, depression and even insomnia.
