"The place is very clean and well maintained for the patient's safety. Everyone here is so sweet and it's obvious they actually care about their patients. I have been to one other "competitor" office from a different company, and was immediately put off by how clinical and detached it seemed. I was in an incredibly vulnerable and sensitive space and was welcomed by Dr. Scott, Mo, Dr. Chaudhri, Angela, and Taylor. I didn't get to know the new receptionist's name (Yvette maybe?) but she was very friendly! I also got to talk with Sonia who was so outgoing and positive.

This team became a part of my routine. If I was feeling like I couldn't handle coming in, they were very understanding and Dr. Scott even sent tips frequently. I never experienced care, understanding, and a lack of judgement from any people involved in my health. Mo was so vulnerable with me that I actually cried saying goodbye to her when she switched locations, and I loved chatting and watching animal documentaries with Angela. The owner and psychiatrist Dr. Chaudhri was always offering to check in even if he was too busy to come into the Eastlake location and we did a quick iPad chat once instead.

You can put your trust into these people. I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for 18 years and while I still have a long way to go, I and close people around me have felt a noticeable improvement. I recommend journaling every week if you decide to get this treatment!"
