I wanted to give a shout out to Redmond Re-Lyte. I was able to use my private stash to help prevent this guy from being hospitalized in a remote part of Guatemala. He was unable to sit up or speak when he got to clinic. He had markedly elevated sugars and was profoundly dehydrated. The oral rehydration we had in clinic was loaded with sugar. After two packets of Re-Lyte, he gave me a thumbs up and ended up walking home from the clinic. (He gave me permission to post this and wanted me to thank you) Thank you for saving the day! I was able to help three other profoundly dehydrated patients after him that day.

I am a total rebel today. I went straight up with this afternoon. Just ice and water and one packet in the magic bulle...

I am a total rebel today. I went straight up with this afternoon. Just ice and water and one packet in the magic bullet..... I did not even wait the recommended 30 minutes. Totally delicious on its own. I never had it this way before. Not sure if it's legal.😉. Have a great weekend!
