I am passionate about helping clients of all abilities
achieve higher levels of fitness and athletic performance. Several years ago, I lost over 80 pounds and set out on a mission to single-handedly transform my body from obese to athletic. In this transformation, many have reached out to me to tell me that I have inspired them to change. These recurring inquiries pushed me towards becoming a fitness professional. I knew I had something to offer beyond my education and certifications; I had experienced the struggle first hand and could help others overcome their own obstacles. I could teach people to believe that it is possible because I lived it. In my journey to fitness I have consistently implemented 3 main elements: cardio endurance, strength training, and mobility stretching through yoga. As a result, I have maintained a healthy weight and enjoy continued training and long-distance trail running injury free. Designing workouts based on these 3 elements of fitness, or Trilogy, I offer my clients comprehensive and balanced training that is varied and challenging. Additionally, my passion for running inspired me to found Happy Pace, a non-competitive running club for youth, ages 13-18, that provides an environment to build community, learn technique, and discover the joy of running they might not have known was possible.
