Must have 1 year of paid caregiving experience and/or in the related field( new CNA's considered) including, but not limited to: patient bedside care, personal care (i.e. bathing/shower assistance), incontinent care: adult diapers/toileting, dressing guidance, oral hygiene, transferring/ positioning, alzheimers/dementia, companionship, meal preparation, med reminders and transportation assistance. CNA, HHA, NA's are not required but preferred. Second year nursing student's with clinical experience may be considered with proof of clinical instruction and recommendations from a clinical instructor.
Must be bondable, meet or exceed the minimum qualifications of the following background checks: criminal, motor vehicle, credit history, including verifiable professional and personal references.
Must have reliable transportation and auto insurance (where applicable).
Must pass the employment physical and be capable to lift a minimum of 25 lbs, with or without accommodations.
Provide an annual TB (with negative result or Chest X-Ray).
Must submit Immunization Record/Titres: MMR, Varicella & Hepatitis B Series
