• Program Development: Plan, organize, and implement recreational, social, and spiritual activities.
• Documentation: Create a monthly calendar.
• Coordination: Schedule outings, entertainment, and daily activities to meet the needs of residents.
• Supervision: Train and manage activity staff or volunteers.

• Experience: Experience in a long-term care setting.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential.
