An exciting announcement from Strayhorn Family Medical Clinic!
After much thoughtful consideration, I am pleased to announce that Strayhorn Family Medical Clinic will be joining Highland Hills Medical Center. This transition represents an exciting new chapter that will allow us to continue providing high-quality care while expanding the resources and services available to you.
While ownership of the practice will change, I want to reassure you that our commitment to your health and well-being remains the same. We will continue caring for our patients, and our dedicated staff will remain in place to serve you. You can expect to see the same familiar faces, the same location, and the same personalized care you have always received.
As part of this transition, your medical records will remain secured and will only be transferred to Highland Hills Medical Center with your signed permission. This is so we may continue to provide you with uninterrupted care. Your protected health information will remain confidential and will be handled in accordance with all applicable privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
There will be no interruption in your care during this transition. If any changes arise that affect you directly, we will communicate those clearly and promptly.
We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us over the years. It has been an honor to care for you and your family, and we look forward to continuing that relationship in this new phase.
