Good morning All! I wanted to take a minute to thank all of you who continue to support my business as I have been able to provide counseling services to our community for over 2 years now. In order for me to be able to maintain this business, I will have to strictly enforce the policies in place requiring that copays are paid at the time of service. Each client signs this policy in informed consents at intake. This business functions primarily on insurance claim payments and payment of copays by our clients. Unfortunately, insurance claim payments are not always made in a timely manner, so this is why it is crucial that this policy be strictly enforced. Balances must be paid up to date at the start of each session or will need to be rescheduled. I understand that everyone is experiencing financial difficulties and payment plans are possible if needed. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

This is a friendly reminder of policies already implemented and signed.
