Meet Courtney Nix, CRNP and owner of homeRN Mobile Bay! Courtney was born and raised in Mobile Bay. After earning her RN degree from the University of Alabama, she returned to her hometown to work at Mobile Infirmary in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, where she quickly rose to the role of team leader. Her passion for learning led her to earn a Master’s degree, and for the past decade, she has had the unique opportunity to work alongside her father, an MD, at his family practice in Saraland, AL. 🩺

Courtney is married to her high school sweetheart, Morgan Nix, and together they have three boys, Mac (8), Lyles (5), and Lewis (5), as well as a lovable pug named Ozzy. As a family, they cherish the outdoors, enjoying activities like hunting, fishing, and boating. Courtney is also passionate about exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and she loves to educate and empower others to do the same. 🎣
